Straightforward and Transparent

• Standard Labour Rate: $150/hour

  • The first hour of labour is included in the initial service call.

  • This covers time spent on-site as well as picking up required materials for your job.

  • After the first hour, labour is billed in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time actually needed.

• Hot Water Tanks: Starting at $950

  • This starting price includes a standard 40Gal electric tank, basic installation, and removal of the old tank.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on:

    • Requested type or size of tank

    • Additional or excessive plumbing modifications required

    • Accessibility of the installation area

    • Any unexpected conditions, such as corroded fittings or code upgrades

  • If you send photos before the appointment, I can advise of any possible additional labour or material costs.

• Materials, permits, and extended travel

  • All materials required for your job are supplied as needed to ensure proper, code-compliant installation.

  • You are welcome to provide your own materials or fixtures. I only ask that they are reliable, well-made products so they perform properly and last in your home. If you would like guidance on what to purchase, I’m always happy to offer recommendations.

  • Any necessary permits or inspections will be arranged and billed accordingly.

  • For any work performed outside of the St. John’s metro area, an extended travel charge may apply.
